Falmouth-On February 11, 2007, Josephine Mary Hlavka Piampiano died at Oceanview's Falmouth House after a four-month battle with cancer. Stacey was preceded in death by her son and parents. An employee of Pan American World Airways from 1947 to 1984, he was associated with a number of aviation firsts, including the first commercial non-stop flight across the Atlantic, for which he performed the then crucial balance calculations. A member of the Community Little Theater, she appeared in the chorus of many musicals and had small roles in several other productions. Additionally, Suzanne is survived by her three sisters and their husbands with whom she had built an unbreakable bond; Camille (Boisvert) Welsch and husband David of West Newfield.
